Last week we received our 5BBL platform mounted direct fire brewing system. We're anxious to get started using it, but before we can there is still a lot more to do. Our plumbing and electrical up-fit is currently in progress and should be concluding by the end of this month. Next month we're hoping to have final hook-ups completed, meaning we could be brewing as early as September. We'll keep you all informed as events unfold.
